Speaking Engagements

Thank you so much for being here and considering me as your speaker.

I'm Tatiana and I'm a trauma & somatic therapist as well as a holistic coach. I am on a mission to help more women regulate and rewire their nervous systems through holistic living and somatic practices. I'm eager to spread awareness on the significant role the nervous system plays in everything we do. The more nervous systems we reach, the more generational cycles we break and the more that we contribute to a kinder & safer world.

About Me

I have been a trauma therapist for the last 8 years and I have a background in Somatic Experiencing, a body-oriented approach to healing trauma. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I work directly with the nervous system, tracking for physiological cues of Fight, Flight, and Freeze and helping the client gently move through these survival responses to help the nervous system return to it's balanced state.

I am absolutely passionate about trauma, somatic, and nervous system healing and it fills my soul to teach practical somatic tools to help others feel more calm, at peace, and connected to themselves & to others.

I would love the opportunity to share my expertise with you at your next workshop or event.
I look forward to connecting with you soon!
